How do I prepare myself before the service? 

Come to your appointment with squeaky clean lashes! If you arrive with leftover eye makeup, having to clean it here will cut into the time of your appointment. Make sure you do not use any oils on your face before your appointment. Lashes should not be permed or manually curl at the time of the appointment. Avoid drinking caffeine before your appointment to avoid your eyes from twitching. Bring headphones to help you relax. We love catching up with our clients but you will get the most out of your appointment if you lay still and we can concentrate on making your lashes look amazing.

I HIGHLY encourage booking a consultation prior to your full set appointment!

This time is not only used for any questions you may have about lash extensions (policies/aftercare/etc) but mainly, for me to see your eye/brow/face shape and natural lashes! I will take a couple photos so I can customize a design suitable for you! We will discuss what set is appropriate for your desired look, while keeping your natural lash health as our number one prioirty! Coming without eye makeup will be most beneficial for me to see what we are starting with. Feel free to bring visuals!

Consults can be booked the *same day* IF: You do not wish to receive a patch test, you are willing to make your appointment 30-40 minutes longer & if there is enough time that day for both appointments.

Clean

Eyes & Lashes

Please arrive to all scheduled appointments with squeaky clean
lashes.Your entire eye area needs to be free of any and all makeup/debris (no foundation, no shadow, no oils). This area is your eyelid, under eye, and temple areas.

Lash cleaning products can be provided for you if you need to clean them BEFORE to your appointment. If they are not cleaned sufficiently, I can direct you to the restroom (this will cut in to your appointment time) or I can clean them myself - This can cut into time or you may add on time if its available). We want awesome retention and healthy lashes!

*If you haven't been maintaining a regular cleaning schedule and following the aftercare rules, extra build up will inhibit me from being able to fill you!

  • It will damage the health of your naturals and the new lashes ready to grow in will be suffocated, weak and not grow back the same.

  • It will close all of your beautiful fans I work so hard to create.

  • It will break down the glue, so perfectly good fans come loose and fall off at

    your appointment. This can make you well under 40% required for fills - too

    many lashes and not enough time!

  • It will leave dead skin and oily residue on your lashes which make it

    IMPOSSIBLE to apply new fans! They literally cling to any debris or film instead of adhering to your natural lash and I will be forced to reschedule you for a later time or start over with a new set.

No talking

There is a no talking policy so that I can give your lashes my fullest attention; I use very detailed styling techniques! This also is to protect your eyes from the fumes that can seep in during movement and keep your eyes calm and still. Nothing will sabotage an appointment faster than moving, watering eyes and wet lashes. I will most likely have music playing but feel free to bring headphones for your own for music, audio books, or podcasts.

Sleeping, snoring, drooling, are always welcome. It is a completely judge free zone! I want you to feel completely comfortable and relaxed during your time with me! I will at times move your head to lash, but I promise I’ll try my best to not disturb you :)

& Patience

Please understand that beautiful lashes require time. Make sure you are the type of person that can lay VERY STILL for extended lengths without issue. Too much movement may prevent me from being able to lash! There is a bathroom upstairs but opening your eyes may affect your service. I have a foam pad on the lash table, pillows for your legs and blankets available, but it is completely up to you - bring your favorite blanket, pjs, etc - Make yourself at home!

Caution!

NO gum and PLEASE avoid caffeine prior to your appointment as it may cause your eyelids to flutter and make lashing not only difficult, but sometimes impossible! Remember to eat (you will get hungry), use the restroom, and wear something comfortable! Please put your phones on silent as well, you will NOT be able to open your eyes once the service has started.

Aftercare products are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for the health and integrity of your natural lash and the best retention of your extensions. You will receive a complete aftercare kit with the purchase of your full set. Please read the aftercare page to best protect your investment!
