Booking
All appointments are scheduled online for accuracy and availability.
Please provide a reliable phone number and email so you can receive confirmations and reminders.
By booking, you agree to SG Beauty’s policies.
Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled without penalty up to 48 hours in advance.
Changes made within 24–48 hours will incur a 50% charge.
Changes made within 24 hours or missed appointments will incur a 100% charge.
This allows us to accommodate other clients.
Payment
We accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay, and credit cards.
A 4% processing fee applies to credit card and Apple Pay transactions.
Cash and debit-equivalent payments do not incur this fee.
Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After that, your service may need to be shortened or rescheduled.
Full service charges may still apply.
Lash Appointments

If you have existing lashes from another artist, please review our New Client Fill Guidelines before booking.
Extended Hours Appointments
Extended hours appointments are available upon request and are subject to an additional fee based on timing.
Refund Policy
All services are non-refundable.
If you have any concerns, please reach out within 48 hours so we can make it right.
In the case of irritation or sensitivity, contact us immediately so we can assist accordingly.
