Kindly Schedule Your Appointments Online
To ensure a seamless booking process, we kindly request that all appointments be scheduled using our online software. Please make sure to provide a reliable cellphone number and email during the booking process. Additionally, we appreciate your cooperation in reading and completing the required waiver(s) prior to your appointment.
Download the "Square Go" app to store your account details, eliminating the need to input them for each appointment (Available for iOS only).
Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without penalty up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. For changes made within 48 to 24 hours prior to your appointment, a fee of 50% of the service cost will apply. Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a 100% service fee. To avoid these charges, please make any necessary changes as soon as you receive your confirmation text.
Same Day Cancellations/Rescheduling & NO SHOWS
Please be aware that no-shows or same-day cancellations/rescheduling will incur a 100% charge of the booked service. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy.
Accepted Payment Methods
We offer multiple payment options, including:
Cash, Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, Credit Card
Please be aware that a 4% processing fee will be applied to all credit card transactions, (which includes both Apple Pay and traditional credit card payments).
Late Arrival Policy
We kindly request that you inform us if you anticipate being delayed for your appointment. Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to guarantee the full completion of your scheduled service. In such cases, rescheduling may be necessary, and a rescheduling fee of 100% of the service will apply.
If you arrive late and still wish to proceed with your appointment, we will make every effort to accommodate your needs within the remaining time available. However, it's important to note that the full service fee for your originally scheduled appointment will still be charged.

Extended Hours Appointments
SG Beauty typically operates during our regular business hours, which range from 9 to 11 hours a day, five days a week. However, we understand that certain situations and special occasions might require scheduling an appointment outside of our standard operating hours. In such cases, we offer after-hours appointments on a case-by-case basis for an additional fee.
These after-hours appointments can be scheduled before our salon opens, after it closes, or on weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays that may not be available through our online booking system.

refund POLICY
We do not provide refunds for any of our services. If you have any questions or concerns following your appointment, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us immediately. We offer a complimentary appointment if you reach out within 48 hours of your original appointment. It's important to note that allergic reactions to lash extensions are always a possibility, even if you've had them before without issue. In such cases, please contact us immediately, and we will schedule a removal appointment for you.
