LASH LIFT PREP + AFTERCARE

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

To help your appointment run smoothly and allow us to dedicate your full scheduled time to your service, please keep the following in mind:

Complete your waiver before arriving. The waiver is required for your first appointment only. Returning clients do not need to complete it again unless requested.

COMPLETE THE LASH LIFT WAIVER

Please arrive with a completely clean eye area—free of mascara, eye makeup, concealer, oils, creams, lash serum, and other products.

Coming directly from work or another commitment? No worries! Lash wash is available in the bathroom. Please arrive a few minutes early so you have enough time to cleanse your lashes before your scheduled appointment begins. Arriving prepared allows us to begin on time and dedicate your full appointment to the lash lift.

Please do not curl your lashes on the day of your appointment.

Please use the bathroom before we begin. Lash lifts involve carefully timed processing steps, and your eyes will need to remain closed throughout the service. If you need a bathroom break, we may need to stop the processing step and safely remove the products first, which can interrupt the service and affect our timing. Your comfort and safety always come first, so please let us know if you need anything.

Thank you for arriving prepared—we can’t wait to see you!

AFTERCARE

QUICK CARE: Keep lashes dry for 4 hours • Avoid heat and steam for 48 hours • Brush damp lashes upward • Apply Elleeplex daily

RIGHT AFTER YOUR APPOINTMENT:

Check your lash direction throughout the first day. Make sure your lashes are not bent, twisted, or pushed out of place. If needed, gently brush them upward with a clean spoolie.

Water will not chemically undo your lash lift. However, please keep your lashes dry for the first four hours to allow the finishing products to set and help your lashes remain properly directed.

• After four hours, you may gently wash your face or get your lashes wet using cool or lukewarm water. Avoid rubbing, pulling, or directing strong water pressure onto them.

Brush wet lashes back into place. While your lashes are still damp, gently comb them upward with a clean, dry spoolie and allow them to air-dry in place. This helps prevent them from drying crossed, clumped, or misdirected.

Skip regular mascara, eye makeup, rich eye creams, face oils, and makeup removers around your lashes for the first 24 hours. Elleeplex Advanced Aftercare Formula is specifically designed for post-service conditioning and may be applied immediately.

• Avoid excessive touching and try not to sleep directly on your lashes, especially during the first 24–48 hours.

FOR THE FIRST 48 HOURS:

Avoid heat and steam. Please avoid hot or steamy showers, saunas, steam rooms, hot tubs, hot yoga, steamy facials, and prolonged cooking steam.

• If you need to shower, keep the water lukewarm, limit steam, and avoid directing the shower spray onto your lashes.

• Normal water exposure is fine after the first four hours. The temporary restrictions are specifically intended to protect your lashes from heat, steam, friction, and changes in direction while they settle.

MAINTAIN YOUR RESULTS:

Cleanse gently. Keep your lashes clean and free from makeup and product buildup. When cleansing or removing makeup, use light upward or downward motions rather than rubbing from side to side, which can pull the lashes or push them out of direction.

Brush your lashes daily. Use a clean spoolie to keep them separated and directed upward. Consider keeping one in your purse, gym bag, beach bag, or bathroom so you can quickly redirect your lashes after swimming, showering, sleeping, or exercising.

Avoid waterproof mascara whenever possible. It can be difficult to remove and may require extra rubbing or pulling. If you wear mascara, choose a regular, easy-to-remove formula.

Avoid sleeping directly on your lashes whenever possible. Pressure and friction may cause them to sit in a different direction, particularly as your lift grows out.

WHY DAILY CONDITIONING MATTERS:

Your natural lashes are made primarily of keratin, just like your hair. Because a lash lift involves softening and reshaping the lashes, they benefit from additional moisture and conditioning following the service.

Dry lashes may feel brittle and can be more susceptible to breakage from friction, rubbing, or aggressive brushing. Consistent conditioning helps keep them soft, flexible, manageable, and healthy-looking between appointments.

Think of lash conditioner like conditioner for your hair or cuticle oil after a manicure—it replenishes moisture following a chemical service and gives your lashes the daily care they need.

RECOMMENDED HOME CARE:

Apply Elleeplex Advanced Aftercare Formula daily to clean lashes. This lightweight, clear conditioning gel is made specifically for lifted and tinted lashes and may be used immediately after your service.

Formulated with keratin, biotin, amino acids, panthenol, and other conditioning ingredients, Elleeplex helps:

• Replenish moisture and softness
• Support flexible, healthy-looking lashes
• Reduce the dry, brittle feeling that can contribute to breakage
• Keep lifted lashes conditioned and manageable
• Protect and maintain your lash tint

Apply it as you would a clear mascara. Wear it alone for a soft, glossy finish or underneath your regular mascara.

Elleeplex Advanced Aftercare Formula is available in the studio for $30, so you can leave with the recommended daily care for your new lash lift.

WHAT TO EXPECT DURING GROWOUT:

Results typically last 6–8 weeks, depending on your natural lash-growth cycle and home care.

As your natural lashes grow and shed, new, unlifted lashes will begin appearing alongside the lifted lashes. Toward the end of the growout period, your lashes may look less uniform or sit in slightly different directions. This is a completely normal part of your natural lash-growth cycle.

Consistent conditioning, daily brushing, gentle cleansing, and avoiding unnecessary pressure will help keep your lashes soft, flexible, and manageable as they grow out.
